aline and acidic foods, basically understanding what they are is always a good idea. Such foods also have a natural tendency to exit our bodies through odors such as sweating, abdominal pain, skin irritations, rashes. The more you pay attention to the sensations we face with the food we eat it helps us further what we choose to eat and not. It takes a lot of focus in doing so, once you know it will make it easy for you to shop and cook well.

I choose to buy minimal ingredients like garlic (a one pod in a week or less), olive oil, lemon, avocado, salad greens, eggs, probiotic such as sauerkraut or khimchi are my base ingredients. Salt and sugar are minimal as you might notice a lot of food we consume tend of have salts and sugar already which covers needs of the body (for instance if you consume cereals, fruits fresh or dried). More importantly I tend to use gluten free food.

When you shrink the kitchen I think it makes it easy to think, plan and prepare. Less is 'more' actually and not the other way around which I was used to thinking.

I believe, "Less makes you more creative and generate more ideas". *
