As I travel around one thing I find most difficult is finding food that I have got used to. Eating on the go is an important concept. As one needs to try different foods yet stick to a diet that the body is used to.

Location: Yeymala waterfalls, Kannur, Kerala, India
Walk it and Enjoy it

The smell of food and the popular restaurants are constantly attracting you to the food from the places you go. This is common to everyone of us. Some of us have to be careful though if its food which may not be suitable for you if you are suffering from conditions such as food allergies related to nuts, gluten and at times with gut issues. I have found myself scanning through super markets to find food suitable for me. Or sticking to food which are healthy and balanced. Also, trying to make something which uses fewer items.

If you are a walking enthusiast my best advice is to stick to a light meal in the morning and then go for a bigger meal with protein. I find that after a long walk eating bigger meal is easier to digest as the body needs the energy and you can continue to your adventures.

As I have food allergies I tend to use products such as grainless granola which actually can be consumed without milk, an unripe banana in the bag is always helpful and a sugar free energy bar with nuts another choice to keep yourself energized.

My most favorite food is eggs I think it keeps you full for a long time. These are my breakfast options. I think these are options you can find a regular store and cheap on the pocket except the grainless granola which you can stock for some days. And yes you can find plant based milk alternatives some without sugar added though not available in small packages.
